At SKR Organic Products Pvt. Ltd., we value your satisfaction and aim to deliver the best quality organic and natural products. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can return a product or request a refund.
Eligibility For Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product.
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
You contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return.
Please note: Products that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
How To Request a Return

Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear product photos (if damaged or incorrect).
Our team will verify your request and guide you through the process.
Return Process
After approval, we’ll arrange a pickup from your delivery address (if available).
Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
Once the product is received and verified, we will process your refund or replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes inspection.
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
In case of cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit after verification.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, the following products cannot be returned:
Opened food products, oils, or honey jars.
Items damaged due to customer misuse.
Discounted or promotional products (unless defective).
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
If canceled in time, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check:
Your bank account or payment app.
Contact your bank or card provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
