Eligibility For Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return.

Please note: Products that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

How To Request a Return

Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear product photos (if damaged or incorrect).
Our team will verify your request and guide you through the process.

Return Process

  • After approval, we’ll arrange a pickup from your delivery address (if available).

  • Securely pack the product in its original packaging.

  • Once the product is received and verified, we will process your refund or replacement.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes inspection.

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • In case of cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened food products, oils, or honey jars.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Discounted or promotional products (unless defective).

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • If canceled in time, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Late Or Missing Refunds
